How to Order

We accept all major credit and bank cards, personal checks and money orders. You are welcome to call in your order to (541) 499-0938, send a request via e-mail to auntaliciasattic@yahoo.com

To order via PayPal, please go to https://www.paypal.com click on the Send Money tab, in the To: box type in our e-mail address, auntaliciasattic@yahoo.com. You will then need to enter your e-mail address and choose the method of payment type. Please contact us if you are using paypal so we know to retrieve your order and send you the appropriate item.

To order by mail, please send check or money order with the printed order form to:

Please include a description or item number along with your payment.

After your personal check clears we will promptly ship your item(s) to you at the address you indicated on the order form, or simply e-mail or call us and tell us what you would like to purchase and indicate your shipping address and phone number with your order. We ask for a 24 hour turn around time in response to all e-mail and telephone orders/inquires, but we will attempt to respond to you faster, if possible.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase! We guarantee all items to be as described. We sell only original vintage and antique jewelry (no reproductions), personal ladies accessories, antique paintings, 1st edition printed, hand embellished stationery art pieces and other miscellaneous vintage and antique items.

Due to the antique and vintage nature of the pieces we sell, all items are sold as is and as described. (Please click on the images to get a close up views). We will indicate any typical wear or modifications in the description of each piece, should there be any. If you find any piece not as described, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping and insurance.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of your intention to return the item(s) by telephone or e-mail. We ask that you pay the shipping charges on pieces that are as described but you simply choose not to add to your collection, for whatever reason. We ask that the item(s) are returned to us within 2 days after notification, insured for the full purchase price, U.S. Postal Service "Registered Mail" or another secure form of shipping (Federal Express or UPS, signature required preferred). Due to the vintage or antique integrity of each piece we must receive the item(s) back in the original condition; modified or altered pieces will not be accepted for return unless it is agreed upon in advance with Aunt Alicia's Attic.
